Base Pay Range

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Duties include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
