$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Manage and support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Participate in tax audits and payroll activities
• Monitor daily performance and workflow of the accounting department
• Ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and maintained in compliance with company policies
• Track progress toward financial and accounting goals
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with company objectives

• 2+ years of accounting or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Ability to work collaboratively while leading day‑to‑day operations
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
