Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Tax Advisor to join our team. The Tax Advisor is a key part of our team – you will be a part of tax preparation, compliance, and advising clients on tax planning. Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 48 offices across 14 States with much more growth on the horizon. • Prepare individual and business (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships) tax returns. Develop your skills and knowledge to increase complexity and types of returns completed
• Build, maintain and enhance client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of each client’s business and finances
• Provide or assist with accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, etc.
• Identify, research, and resolve tax issues

• 0-3 year of experience preparing a variety of tax returns
• Understanding of practices, theories, and policies related to taxes and accounting
• Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred
• EA or CPA desired (or actively working towards licensure)
