AR Specialist Invoicing

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk with 1-2 years of experience to support a busy accounting team with high-volume invoicing. This temporary opportunity offers competitive pay, a flexible start time. Pay:
Up to $23.00/hour

Schedule:

Full-time, 8-hour shifts with flexible start times (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM)

• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or Accounting Clerk experience
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices 200-300 a week Aprox
• Proficiency using accounting or ERP software
• Experience with Famous Software preferred
• Strong data entry and accuracy skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Process approximately 200-300 invoices per week
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and maintain invoice records within the accounting system
• Assist with Accounts Receivable functions and invoice tracking
• Resolve discrepancies and support payment processing activities
  
  Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely invoicing
• Support additional accounting administrative tasks as needed
