Sales Manager

. This position drives on‑site community sales for a premier American home builder celebrating 60 years of leadership in quality residential development.

• Prepare, train and manage Sales Consultants to exceed expectations.
• Expedite formal corporate onboarding and follow up with professional on‑site sales management.
• Develop skills, track results, provide strategic support, and conduct performance reviews.
• Position your team to boost conversion rates and educate them on the competitive landscape.
• Monitor contracts and coordinate with in‑house mortgage and title capture.
• Observe and correct any concerns, impart strategies to deter cancellations, and establish realtor co‑op programs when necessary.
• Participate in special events such as Grand Opening weekends, Hard Hat previews, VIP events, and model previews.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on strategic planning, weekly traffic analysis, target audience tweaking, and problem solving.
• Present your product impeccably, conduct formal inspections, and partner with business and community management staffs to ensure that exteriors, landscaping, models, and sales offices adhere to corporate standards.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five years’ new‑homes sales experience performing duties as described.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 20%.

• Annual salary of $115,000–$125,000 plus bonus potential.
