As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

• Leading projects from kickoff through closeout
  , managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance to ensure successful project execution.
• Building and maintaining strong client and team relationships by providing exceptional communication, leading project meetings, fostering collaboration, and supporting team development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing and executing project plans by reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts; coordinating manpower,equipment, materials, procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation; and managing contract administration and change orders.
• Driving operational excellence by implementing Lean Construction principles, identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, constructability, productivity, and overall project efficiency, and proactively resolving project challenges.
• Ensuring successful project delivery by maintaining compliance with company standards, project processes, and safety expectations while supporting additional business and project objectives as needed.

Additional duties will include:

• Championing adherence to A-C Electric Company’s standards of quality, safety, and best practices from project turnover toproject closeout for project teams, ensuring company processes and procedures are being followed across all project teams and verticals.
• Managing and presenting the monthly project review process with particular emphasis on financial forecasting, ensuring the project budget is effectively managed and driving profitability through ensuring effective project execution.
• Reviewing financial aspects of contracts (progress billing,rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’sinterests and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client.

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field,
  or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Five or more years of project management experience,preferably within the electrical construction industry.
• Experience managing projects
  , including budgets, schedules,contracts, forecasting, procurement, and change orders.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings,specifications, and contract documents.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with clients,vendors, field teams, and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships
  , support business development, and manage a profitable project portfolio.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Electrical construction experience through field experience, apprenticeship, education, or related industry experience.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others incollaborative environments.
