- Ensuring team members deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Resolving escalated customer concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborating with management to improve service delivery.
- Motivating and mentoring Customer Account Team Lead team members.
- Driving awareness of telecom solutions in underserved communities.
