Job Summary and Responsibilities

Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If you’re eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!

• Aligned with the third-largest health system in the U.S. and the largest hospital system in California
• Practice alongside experienced and highly respected cardiologists
• Primarily office-based practice with minimal hospital call coverage and rounding
• Dedicated APP support
• Robust referral patterns serving a population of over one million

• Competitive salary guarantee: $500,000 – $550,000
• Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
• Retirement plans, CME stipend, generous time off, bonus potential, and more

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
