Urgent Care Physician; Bakersfield

I am partnered with a well-established urgent care organization with 15 locations throughout Southern California, and I am searching for a Physician to join their team. This role may align with your skills! Since 2012, our client has offered each patient concierge-level service by providing prompt and effective services with a patient-centered focus at their Bakersfield location.

• Relaxed Schedule: They value work-life balance and offer a schedule that allows you to enjoy your personal time with limited on-call obligations. A 'full-time' schedule for this client is equal to 12 shifts a month, and they are currently offering a $100k SIGN ON BONUS! They can also offer you a set schedule.

They prefer someone full-time (three 12-hour shifts/week) but are willing to consider someone available for one or two days a week.

• Manageable Patient Load: Physicians see around 4 patients an hour, with very low acuity cases such as bumps, bruises, and sprains being most common.
