- Monday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (3–4 hour shifts)
- Tuesday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (3–4 hour shifts)
- Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (3–4 hour shifts)
- Thursday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (3–4 hour shifts)
- Friday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (3–4 hour shifts)

- Lead groups of students through structured competitive sports, games, and activities based on the Elevo curriculum.
- Engage students in competitive sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, kickball, and more.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Support kids’ behavioral management needs with empathy and patience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
- Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
- Serve as a positive role model to help build kids’ self‑esteem and emotional wellness.
- Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
- Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
- Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed.
- Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids and families.
- Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
- Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated time frames.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live‑Scan background check, and TB screening.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child‑focused roles strongly preferred.
- Must have previous experience in coaching or officiating competitive sports.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to constantly move about to accomplish tasks or move from one place to another frequently.
- Sitting or standing for long periods.
- Occasional running and other strenuous physical activity.
- Ability to move safely on irregular and/or uneven terrain on a regular basis.
