• Oversee preparation and review of complex individual and corporate tax returns
• Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Identify and implement tax planning strategies for clients
• Manage client relationships and communicate tax-related issues to clients
• Research and analyze tax laws to identify potential tax savings opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns
• Provide tax advice and support on various tax-related matters

• CPA in CA required
• 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex corporate tax returns
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office
