The EPIC
Audit Support Analyst
Reporting to the Compliance and Oversight Director, the Audit Support Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the audit process to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant audit management. The position may also be involved in assisting with state examination activities. This position involves managing the logistics of audit requests, organizing and analyzing data, and maintaining essential documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
As an Audit Support Analyst, you will
be responsible for:
- Audit Coordination: Assist audit leadership with planning, tracking, and reporting of audit requests. Coordinate meetings and follow up with process owners to ensure timely delivery of requested documentation. This responsibility may also include the support of examinations.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:Help maintain a centralized document management system for audit response materials and standardized processes. Prepare and organize audit documentation and work papers in line with professional and departmental standards.
- Data/Item Analysis: Review items provided by various business stakeholders to determine if they meet the audit request(s) prior to provision to the auditor.
- Issue Tracking and Reporting:Independently update and maintain an exception/issue tracking database and assist in the preparation of audit report responses.
- Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a liaison between the bank, business units, and external auditors to facilitate communication and clarify information requests.
- Process Improvement: Participate in department-wide initiatives aimed at continually improving audit management processes and supporting infrastructure.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably at a fintech or BaaS bank
- 3+ years of experience managing audits
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 401k with 4% company match.

Salary Description
Salary Range 75k-100k Dependent on Experience
