This senior business banking position is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and acquiring new relationships to the Credit Union. The role will focus on growth while meeting all of the needs in the business banking market.

• Build relationships with clients with annual sales set by the VP of Member Business Services.
• Offer Business Member products and services such as business depository products, cash management products, business lending & credit cards, and other products.
• Conduct outside calls to retain and prospect members.
• Handle Business Member inquiries and service issues in the assigned portfolio or branch.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to cross‑sell business and personal financial products.
• Meet goals established by the VP of Member Business Services.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and assigned training, including BSA regulations and the SAFE Act.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• Preferred: 4‑Year Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent banking and lending experience.
• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance, or 10+ years of equivalent banking and lending experience.

Experience

• Six plus years of outside sales and customer service experience in the financial services industry.

Language Skills

• Read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence and effectively present information to Members and Team Members.

Mathematical Skills

• Perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Compute dividends and interest.

Reasoning Ability

• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in limited‑standardization situations.
• Interpret written or oral instructions.

Physical Demands

• May need to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Process transactions efficiently.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly and professionally.
• Comply with BSA and AML laws and regulations.
