Kern County's Elections Office is seeking Per Diem Elections Process Aides to support the increased workload during elections. This is a per diem role paid by the hour, with no benefits or permanent status, and employees serve at the will of the department head.
Applicants must be willing to work any shift (including holidays) and in any outlying county area as assigned. A background check may be conducted after offer, and post-offer screenings may be required at County expense.
