Level II: $1,492.80 - $1,784.03 (bi-weekly)
Applicants will undergo an appraisal (weight 100%) evaluating training, education, experience, interest, and personal fitness. The appraisal may include investigation, oral exam, and rating of the application. If an oral exam is necessary, it will be weighted at 100%. Applicants must score at least 70% on each phase.
Minimum Qualifications / Employment Standards- Level I: Bachelor's degree in public health, health science, health service, behavioral science, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Level II: Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education, or one year of experience as a Health Education Assistant I in Kern County, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
