Who Should Apply

Any person meeting the minimum qualifications noted on this bulletin is eligible to apply. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications stated on the bulletin by the final filing date or before the cut‑off date.

• Valid license as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Therapist issued by the California Board.
• Experience required: any work part‑time or full‑time, paid or volunteer, counts toward experience.

Serve as a mental health clinician department expert, responsible for mental health related duties and acts as a mental health professional.

• Provide psychotherapy to groups, couples, or individuals.
• Participate in training programs and meetings.
• Write reports and keep records.
• Provide psychological testing and comprehensive evaluations.
