Human Resources Manager – Kern County
Full Time l Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, safety, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
