Empire Management Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Bakersfield, CA to lead payroll, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations across multiple facilities. The role partners with executive management to build a sustainable workforce and ensure lawful, fair human resource practices.
You will manage bi-weekly payroll, benefits, leave, investigations, training, and performance management while guiding policy development and safety compliance.
