The Enterprise Applications Analyst plays a pivotal role in enabling digital transformation through ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms. This position goes beyond system support, it provides strategic guidance, ensures integration with enterprise architecture, and drives measurable improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
• Guide leaders and department experts in adopting best practices and scalable solutions.
• Translate business strategies into clear technology roadmaps and project objectives.
• Partner with development and vendor teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and future-ready.
• Oversee change management, communications, and user adoption strategies.
• Monitor emerging technologies to anticipate and recommend innovations.
• Ensure compliance, data security, and alignment with ISO standards across solutions.

• 7+ years of experience as a business systems or enterprise applications analyst, with a strong background in ERP, CRM, and analytics.
• Proven success guiding enterprise-wide projects and transformational initiatives.
• Strong knowledge across business domains including finance, sales, distribution, and customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Adept at working in complex environments and navigating ambiguity with clarity.
• Agile mindset, with a focus on delivering results and accelerating adoption.
