Responsibilities- Team Leadership (Primary Focus):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Pre‑Sales Engineers/Consultant
- Provide indirect leadership across a broader 75‑person technical organization
- Drive performance management, coaching, and career development
- Build a high‑accountability, high‑performance culture
- Pre‑Sales Organization Management:
- Own day‑to‑day operations of the pre‑sales engineering function
- Standardize processes across:
- Solution development
- Technical validation
- RFP/RFI responses
- Deal support frameworks
- Improve win rates, consistency, and scalability
- 5+ years of people leadership within Pre‑Sales / Sales Engineering
- Prior background as an individual contributor (hands‑on SE/Architect)
- Experience with in a VAR, MSP, or Systems Integrator environment
- Strong exposure to enterprise technologies across:
- Networking
- Cloud
- Automation
- AI/Data (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale technical team
