We are a national leader in the investigative industry seeking an experienced SIU/Claims Investigator located in Bakersfield or surrounding areas. The position is part‑time with the opportunity to transition to full‑time.

• Must have experience in complex SIU/Claims investigations.
• Must reside in Bakersfield or surrounding areas.

• Provide detailed accurate reports.
• Obtain written and recorded statements.
• Perform scene investigations.
• Investigate property theft, vehicle theft, garaging issue and permissible use claims.
• Accurately photograph evidence such as accident scenes and vehicle damage.
• Perform AOE/COE investigations.

• Experience conducting complex SIU/Claims cases is mandatory.
• Being a notary is highly preferred.
• Experience conducting surveillance as a private investigator is preferred but not required.
• Bi‑lingual is a plus.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and days.
• Strong computer and Internet skills.
• Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle, digital camera, computer running Windows, Microsoft Word and Internet connection.
• Must have the personal pride to deliver work on time.

• Salary: $20‑$30 per hour.
