The OpportunityYou will be responsible for leading a team of 4‑8 Territory Managers
, driving regional sales growth, and serving as a hands‑on role model for successful sales execution. This is a highly attractive opportunity for ambitious, short-leadership-experience professionals looking to accelerate their career.
- Sales Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the performance and activities of your Territory Managers to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
- Tactical Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and personally lead complex negotiations to close high-value deals
. - Proactive Selling: Actively manage and sell within a personal territory, demonstrating and modeling the expected level of sales activity and clinical expertise.
- Coaching & Development: Conduct regular field rides and coaching sessions to enhance the team’s sales skills, product knowledge, and overall professional development.
- Market Analysis: Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in a B2B or medical sales environment, with a track record of top performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong business acumen and excellent skills in managing sales activities, forecasting, and key account development.
- High work ethics and prompt response.
- Driver’s License (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel 50% across the region.
- Experience in the healthcare/medical device industry is an advantage

- Must reside in the region or agree to relocate.
