Our client, a stable and well-known organization in Kern County, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fiscal Operations Manager to lead their fiscal and administrative services team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong financial management, analytical, and leadership skills who can ensure accurate fiscal operations while supporting organizational efficiency.

• Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, financial statements, and fiscal reports
• Manage and supervise fiscal and administrative staff, providing guidance and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement financial and administrative systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making
• Review and approve complex financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
• Lead audits and ensure organizational adherence to state, federal, and internal regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Extensive experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and administrative operations
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
