• Provide service to internal plant customers requiring parts and materials
• Enter transactions into computerized inventory management system
• Serve as a liaison between various departments to maximize efficiency, and expedite process flow
• Perform various inventory related assignments to ensure proper levels of parts inventory and materials
• Coordinate materials return procedures
• Ensure invoice information is recorded accurately on a daily basis
• Maintain safe and clean work area
• Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count, investigate and report reasons for discrepancies
• Compile information on receipt of disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and compute inventory balance, price, and costs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School/GED or six months to one year of experience in a related field or combination of both education and experience
• Forklift Certification or must be able to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire
• Candidates must have a verifiable history of safe vehicle operation and meet company standards for driving eligibility. This includes maintaining a clean driving record, which will be verified through a background check.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle customers, vendors, and employees in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
• Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
• Ability to plan, organize and perform multiple tasks
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent mathematical skills

• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Environmental exposure - cold/wet conditions (40 ° Fahrenheit or below); will work in the warehouse building as well as all facilities (indoor and outdoor)
• Material exposure – moving mechanical parts
• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry between 50 to 55 lbs.
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, using 3-point contact on a regular basis when assigned to perform work duties
• Ability to use hands and arms to grasp, manipulate, and handle scanning objects in one position or in a repetitive motion for an extended period of time
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

  Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday
  - Friday;
  Overtime, weekends and holidays may be mandatory based on business needs;
