Grade, sort, or classify unprocessed food and other agricultural products by size, weight, color, or condition. Place products in containers according to grade. Assure that product meets customer quality.

• Discard inferior or defective products and/or foreign matter, and place acceptable products in containers for further processing.
• Grade and sort products according to factors such as color, species, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality to ensure correct processing and usage.
• Place products in containers according to grade and mark grades on containers.
• Record grade and/or identification numbers on tags or on shipping, receiving, or sales sheets.
• Weigh products or estimate their weight, visually or by feel.

General cleaning as directed by lead or supervisor.

Continuous use of both hands; including grasping, pulling and pushing. Walking on even and uneven surfaces, hearing, sighted, standing, sitting, bending, twisting, stooping, climbing, reaching forward, reaching overhead and below shoulder.

• Be physically capable of working and standing for 8 hours or more daily. Be able to work in different work environment (either hot or cold environments).
• Always sanitize and wash hands before work begins. Always wear the appropriate clothing for job. Grade out defective product. Pack customer orders. Work in different work areas. Communicate with coworkers and leads. Keep areas clean.
