Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Support the nursing team by following care plans and documenting all care provided
- Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and fellow team members
- Valid CNA certificate (California)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Passion for caring for seniors and a team-player attitude
