The Orchards Post-Acute is a community that offers nursing care and skilled nursing and is located in Bakersfield, California with 150 beds. Residents

who live at the facility can choose from a range of studio room layouts.

Shifts Available:

Full Time - PM Shift 4/2

The Certified Nursing Assistant role supports assigned resident with routine daily activities and nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan and as may be directed by the supervisors.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Take and record vital signs(blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations)
• Help with mobility and safe transfersusing gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other devices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe and promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Accurately document care and observationsaccording to facility policy and regulations

High school diploma or GED

Active CNA Certificate in CA

BLS/CPR
