San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time CNA for our NOC shift to be part of a compassionate, skilled team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a premier 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Bakersfield—located across from the city's largest hospital—we provide 24-hour personal and clinical care to a diverse resident population.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Provide compassionate and respectful care aligned with individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs, monitor resident condition, and report changes to nursing staff
• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
• Support a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with infection control standards

• Valid CNA certification in California
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred, but not required
