Travel Nurse; RN - Labor & Delivery; L&D

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Labor and Delivery

Shift:

Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week, EOW

Length:

13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per every weeks (usually two days together and the other two spread apart)

Holidays:
Must work a major and a minor
Requirements:

CA license
2 years experience
ACLS
Advanced Fetal Monitoring
BLS
NRP
Cerner required
Other Details:

First to float
EMR:
Cerner, fetal links, HUGS for infant security
Ratios:
Follow CA state guidelines; 4 to 1 couplets 3 to 1 stable antepartums; 2 to 1 L&D; 1 to 1 for deliveries (a second NRP nurse is in every birth so nurse not only nurse in delivery)
Floating:
All nurses will do L&D, PP, C-section, womens health…not just one or the other
Common diagnosis / Types of patients:
Will take L&D, recovery, post partum, womens health patients; high risk OB, transfer out for major maternal or fetal complications if mom has major cardiac issue or baby needs surgery; recovering of babies

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
