• Assignment Details:
  Night shift with 36 hours per week

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor for clinical changes and respond with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, lines, and critical equipment per policy; ensure equipment safety and infection control.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff, delegating tasks as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately; maintain clear communication with the care team.

• Current, active RN license in California
• ICU nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights in a 12-hour shift pattern
• Travel availability for a temporary 13-week assignment
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
