Registered Nurse | Kern Medical | Nights
Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, individualized care planning, treatment, and ongoing evaluation.
Scheduling Requirements- Night shift.
- No block scheduling.
- Floating required.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing and responding quickly to changes.
- Safely administer medications and implement nursing and physician orders.
- Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
- Develop and update individualized care plans with patients and families.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
- Delegate appropriately and maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards.
- Complete required competencies and education, practicing within California RN scope and hospital policies.
