Bakersfield, CA - Support and onboarding: fast credentialing, 24/7 recruiter and travel support, dedicated assignment support, extension opportunities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to a patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform procedures within scope of practice
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritization and decision-making in high-acuity situations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; advocate for patient safety and comfort
- Document care accurately and ensure continuity of care across shifts
- Active RN license (state requirements as applicable)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
- Willingness to participate in orientation and credentialing processes
- 24/7 recruiter and travel support
