Dishwasher at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar – Bakersfield, CA

Join our team and help keep our back‑of‑house clean and operating smoothly. As a Dishwasher / General Utility, you will work hard, but have a great time doing it! This role offers a fun, flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout our back‑of‑house area.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with crew members.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good communication skills with team members.
• Committed to making a positive impact in the workplace.
• Capable of standing for up to four (4) hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Helps start at minimum wage, up to $21/hour, plus tip‑out.
• Competitive wages and daily pay (not available in California).

• Remain stationary and move at a well‑paced speed for extended periods.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks for the entire shift.
• Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
