• Support daily operations including store opening/closing, inventory checks, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
