Retail Supervisor (Part‑time) – Bakersfield, CA

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register, including taking payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

• 1–2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
• Sales and supervising experience preferred
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated sales skills and experience
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Bi‑Lingual a plus

• Customer service techniques, including communication, to exceed expectations
• Adaptability to fast and unique situations to provide amazing customer experience

Pay: DOE, $17.00–$18.50 per hour
