Goodwill Bakersfield is seeking a Retail Clerk I to provide friendly customer service, process transactions, and maintain the sales floor. This non-exempt role supports donation areas and shelves and requires physical effort with up to 50 pounds lifting.
You will handle cash, assist customers, stock merchandise, and help with daily opening and closing duties. Prior retail experience is preferred; basic math and computer skills are valuable assets.
