Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader in Bakersfield to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach on product knowledge and store operations, and help uphold our brand values like fighting animal testing and ethical sourcing.
Weekly hours range 20-29, with a pay rate of $19.80 per hour.
