Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and expand our customer base. In this role, you will represent Blackhole Tech’s full suite of telematics and technology offerings, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for fleet management, GPS tracking, camera systems, upfitting, and other integrated solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of Blackhole Tech's product suite and customer use cases.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, implementation, and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales (experience in fleet, automotive, logistics, or technology sales a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a results‑driven mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Familiarity with telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management solutions.
- Experience working with reseller programs or partner sales models.
