We are seeking an outgoing communicator to generate leads for our licensed State Farm sales team in a fast‑paced office environment. Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation – Prospect and identify potential insurance customers through outbound calls, follow‑ups, and referral activity.

- Appointment Setting – Schedule in‑person or phone appointments for the licensed sales team to complete insurance consultations.
- Sales Support – Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve daily and weekly lead generation goals.
- Customer Outreach – Engage prospects by phone, text, email, and in person as appropriate.
- Commitment to Success – Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a daily focus on results.
- Hourly Pay – Competitive hourly rate $16.50 – $18.00 per hour.
