As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth — working directly in the field to introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions.

Our compensation structure includes performance-based base pay plus commission
. Top performers who apply themselves, follow the process, and stay consistent will earn up to $40,000 in their first 3 months
.

You'll be trained, coached, and supported — but your results will ultimately reflect your effort.

• Work assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
• Track activity and results using company tools
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews

• Strong communication skills and confidence talking with homeowners
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Coachable mindset and willingness to improve
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in attitude, work ethic, and consistency.
