Guarantee while you build, then base plus draw against uncapped commission. Strong reps earn $200,000+
Starting November/December 2026
You sell forklifts and material handling equipment to warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, food processors and ag operators. You know the difference between a reach truck and a counterbalance, and why lithium is changing the conversation. You want a territory with real volume, a dealer with depth and earnings to match the effort. This seat gives you all three.
This is an added seat in one of Northern California's busiest material handling markets. It isn't a replacement. You own new and used equipment sales, rentals and aftermarket opportunities across San Joaquin County. You sell into logistics, ports and intermodal, e-commerce, steel, building materials, food and agriculture.
Why this role- A guarantee while you build your book, then a nominal base plus draw against commission. Strong reps earn $200,000+, and top performers more
- High-volume territory with room for two reps, plenty of net-new and competitor accounts to win
- Full material handling line: electric and IC forklifts, warehouse equipment, specialty trucks and aerials, plus used, rental, batteries and maintenance agreements
- Flexible finance options, including rental purchase, so you can sell solutions, not just price
- Company vehicle with personal use, fuel card and expenses covered
- A hands‑on regional leader who knows the territory and doesn’t micromanage
- Two-plus years of field sales, ideally forklifts or material handling equipment
- A hunter mindset: comfortable building accounts from cold and selling on value, not price
- Mechanical or technical aptitude, and quick to learn new product
- Clean driving record. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Joaquin County (Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Ripon)
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

It is backed by a large parts inventory, in-house service, aftermarket and battery specialists, and a sizeable rental fleet.
