• High volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule all service and installation appointments
• Coordinate and monitor technician schedules
• Implement problem resolution with customers
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service

• Professional experience in dispatching and scheduling
• Customer service oriented and thrives in a team environment
• Analytical and detailed with a sense of urgency
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional and friendly phone skills
