Job Summary

TM Signs and Graphics is seeking an experienced sign installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience installing a variety of signs, including but not limited to channel letters, monuments, pylon signs, and electronic message centers. The sign installer will work closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure the safe, timely and efficient installation of signs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct on-site surveys to assess installation sites and determine any necessary sign modifications.
Participate in the development of project proposals and estimates.
Install signs according to industry standards and company guidelines.
Work with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely installation of signs.
Communicate with customers to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that may arise during the installation process.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with the fabrication and assembly of signs as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex sign installation (ex. Pylon, Monument, Channel Letters).
Knowledge of sign industry standards and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in sign installation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 50 feet.
