Overview

Bright Ops is looking to find a motivated, talented PV Installer to join our team! We are looking for a team member who is comfortable working on roofs, has basic carpentry skills, has good communication skills and is available to work overtime when necessary.

• Installing solar PV systems
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Arrive at job site at scheduled time
• Act courteous and professional, respect the customers home
• Work in all weather conditions
• Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights of two or more stories
• Must be comfortable harnessed on a roof - some roofs may be steep in pitch
• Ability to climb ladders, comfortably lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and overhead
• Knowledge and comfort with OSHA safety standards and strict adherence to company safety policies regarding fall protection, protective equipment, tailgate training and more
• Maintaining a professional appearance and character on all job sites and with all customers and at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• One year of solar installation experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right individual who may have the characteristics and skills we are looking for to fit in with our Bright Ops team. Must be highly motivated
