• Competitive Pay: $75,000 - $250,000+ annually (based on experience, skills, and performance).

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and commercial).
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Conduct new system installations and provide heat loss / gain calculations.
• Engage with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Offer and sell HVAC products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Service Titan or similar software.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards.
• Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized.

• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience (5+ years preferred for senior roles).
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Type II required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree in HVAC technology is a plus).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift / push / pull 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Must pass drug testing and maintain a professional appearance.

• Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• Availability for weekends, overtime, and on-call work as needed.
