Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour | 100% housing included, onsite residence required.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to resident service requests, resolving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee turnovers: conduct inspections, perform repairs and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain community curb appeal, including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and property‑management staff.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment: drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC, plumbing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
