You will identify and connect homeless individuals with social services at the M Street Navigation Center and Safe Parking and Encampment, working closely with staff, providers, and volunteers to coordinate support.
The role is entry-level, full-time, and rooted in a non-profit environment, with emphasis on collaboration, compassion, and problem-solving to improve housing
