We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Scientist with a strong Data Science background and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI to develop and build reliable AI agent workflows for scientific data extraction, processing, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI workflows and LLM-based applications.
- Build AI agents using Python, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and structured data extraction.
- Implement typed output schemas, data validation, and automated testing.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Integrate AI workflows with Databricks and cloud-based environments.
- Optimize agent workflows for performance, cost, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Research Scientists on AI-driven projects.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong Data Science background with hands-on Python programming experience.
- Proven experience in Agentic AI, AI Agents, and LLM-based application development
. - Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK or Lang Chain/Lang Graph.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, structured outputs, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, debugging, and software development practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning, data quality, and model evaluation.
- Exposure to Databricks and cloud platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience working with scientific, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research data.
- Understanding of synthetic chemistry or medicinal chemistry.
- Experience with AI observability, tracing, and workflow optimization.
