CDL-A OTR COMPANY DRIVER Phoenix Terminal | 6+ Months CDL-A Experience Required | No-Touch Freight

OTR COMPANY DRIVERS ONLY — 6 MONTHS CDL-A EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Looking for consistent miles, no-touch freight, flexible home time, and late-model equipment? Join this Phoenix Terminal OTR fleet and earn based on experience, miles, safety, and productivity.
EARNING POTENTIALTop 20% of Phoenix Terminal OTR drivers average $1,650 per week.
- Experience-based pay
- Average 2,000 miles per week
- Top 30% run 2,300–3,000+ miles per week
- Average length of haul: approximately 400 miles
- Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive Bonus
- $12.50/hour detention pay after 2 hours
- $100/day layover/breakdown pay
- Higher rates may apply where required by law
- Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Begins the first full month after hire
- Driver must be an active OTR company driver at payout
JOB DETAILS
- OTR company driver position
- 6 months CDL-A experience required
- Flexible home time based on your needs
- Recommended schedule:
12 days out / 2 days home - 100% no-touch freight
- 50–60% drop & hook
- 40–50% live unload
- No forced NYC dispatch
- Never required to deliver into New York City or the five boroughs
- All 48 states
- Most freight runs east of I-35
- Dispatch designed around available freight, safety, and productivity
Drive late-model equipment, including:
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
- 2021 or newer Kenworth tractors
- Automatic transmission
- Well-maintained OTR equipment
Experienced drivers can increase their earnings by becoming a driver trainer

- Guaranteed $250/week while training
- Additional $0.05 CPM on miles over 1,875/week
- Up to $400 Safe Student Bonus per student upgrade
- Potential to earn $20,000+ additional income annually
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- At least 30 days employed
- Safe driving record
- 24/7 Operations Support
- Paid vacation:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 3 years
- 3 weeks after 7 years
- 4 weeks after 15 years
We comply with applicable California paid sick leave requirements and all applicable federal and California wage-and-hour laws.
REQUIREMENTS- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months CDL-A experience
- OTR company drivers only
- Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
- Must maintain a safe driving record
- Must meet company hiring qualifications
