Warehouse Lead

Pinnacle Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead for an established company in Bakersfield, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, keeping operations organized, and helping a team work efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of daily warehouse activities, maintains high standards for safety and accuracy, and is comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work.

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to warehouse employees to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized inventory, accurate records, and proper storage of materials.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize assignments, and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with material handling as needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations, staffing needs, and potential challenges.
• Lead by example while fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, inventory management, or a related environment.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with inventory tracking and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work alongside the team.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining safety and productivity standards.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with a warehouse environment.
